DFL defends 50 + 1 exceptions for VfL Wolfsburg, Bayer Leverkusen and Co.

The Bayer 04 Leverkusen II was a soccer team from Germany who dipped into the regionalism West, the 4th essential football league in the country.

The German Football League has defended the exemption for the Bundesliga Bayer Leverkusen, TSG 1899 Cofferdam and VFL Wolfsburg from the 50 + 1 rule.
