Alan Wake has returned to the Microsoft Store for the first time since 2017

It's not a continuation, but hey, it's something.

It's almost hard to believe, but since the survival horror game, more than a decade has passed alan wake came out. The game was in development for years before finally escaped as an exclusive Xbox 360 game. Unfortunately, the performance remained behind the expectations, and with the exception of a small DLC, which gave only a reference to the future of history, we did not have official statements about a continuation. We did not come closer to that, but the original publication is back.

The original 360 version Von Alan Wake was decayed in 2017 due to music license issues. It returned to PC in 2018, but this original publication never did. Now it was quietly added again without fanfare. You can see the link here.

There are still interest in continuing the title of the game writing, and it seems that one of the upcoming extensions for Remedy Entertainments's latest titles, Supung could have alan wake related content. We just have to wait if the author ever writes again.
